工作经历: 

2006年开始从事律师工作，并曾就职于深圳证券交易所、中国国际金融股份有限公司、澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学（RMIT）等机构；2018年起任中山大学法学院副教授；具备法律职业资格、证券业和银行业的相关任职资格；担任广东省金融法学会、法律风险管理研究会理事或常务理事。
